COach blake

Blake brings high energy, passion, and a results-driven approach to every session. As the Owner, Founder, and Head Coach of Track to Turf, he is dedicated to developing athletes through intentional training that builds speed, power, confidence, and consistency.

With a strong background in both football and track, Blake attended Catawba College on a full scholarship, where he developed a foundation in explosive movement, strength, and performance. His coaching philosophy centers on proper technique, effort, and progression—meeting athletes where they are while pushing them to reach their full potential.

Blake is known for his contagious energy and ability to motivate athletes to show up, work hard, and believe in themselves. Whether working with youth athletes or adults, his focus is on building strong movers, confident competitors, and disciplined individuals—on and off the field. He brings out the best in his athletes.
